Untethered jailbreak for iOS 5 released by @pod2g couple of weeks back had an issue with iBooks. With the help of MuscleNerd, Planetbeing and Saurik he was able to fix the issue. Today Redsn0w has got an update to version 0.9.10 b4 to fix the iBooks issue and sporadic problems with launchctl.

To fix the iBooks issue just re-run Redsn0w on top of your existing jailbreak. If auto-detection fails and redsn0w tells you no identifying data was found, you can always pre-select the appropriate 5.0.1 IPSW using “Extras->Select IPSW”.
