By default spotlight doesn’t have the functionality to open “Wifi” settings, respring, restart or any of the often used terms. It was meant to search for app within the iPhone, web and Wikipedia. CommandSpot an awesome free jailbreak tweak enhances the spotlight functionality to make the most out of it.

CommandSpot is a free jailbreak tweak available on Cydia under ModMyi repo.
